Ingredients:500 gms chicken / 2 cups of freshly chopped vegetables , 1 ½ cup of cooked basmati rice , 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste , 1 tbsp. salt , 1 sliced & fried onion , 3 ½ tbsp. Orika hyderabadi biryani seasoning , 100ml of water or curd , 4 tbsp. oil.
Procedure:
Heat some oil in a pan & add 1 tbsp. of salt and 1 tbsp. of ginger garlic paste and sauted till its raw smell goes off. Add 2 cups of freshly chopped vegetables / marinated * chicken pieces & fry for 2-3 minutes. * marinate 500 gms of chicken with 1 tbsp. of Orika’s Hyderabadi Biryani Seasoning with 100 ml of curd for minimum 20 minutes
To this add 2 ½ tbsp. of orika’s hyderabadi biryani seasoning and fry for 3-4 minutes till you get an aroma . Pour 100 ml of water/curd and cook until the vegetables / chicken becomes tender. Then add 1 ½ cup of cooked basmati rice and mix them gently.
Garnish your dish with fresh coriander leaves and fried onions , and then cover the rim of the pan with a foil. For a dum effect , just place the covered pan over medium hot tawa at a medium high flame for 7 minute and on a low flame for 15 minutes.
Your flavorful and aromatic vegetables / chicken Dum hyderabadi biryani is ready to be served hot.
