  2. Record a complete unboxing video, showing the label, box condition and contained products.
  3. Complaints without an unboxing video will not be acknowledged.

What is our Shipping Policy?

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched using reliable shipping partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the delivery location. Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons.

  • What are the Shipping charges?

We deliver free of cost when your basket is or above the value of Rs 349. If the value of your order is under Rs 349, then there is a shipping charge of Rs 50. 

    • How long does it take to arrive?

    Your order is dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. It takes the order to be delivered mostly within 4 to 5 working days after dispatch. WE DELIVER PAN INDIA

    What is our Returns Policy?

    Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, food items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

    Case-by-case Returns: Returns and refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and are valid only for genuine manufacturing defects or quality issues. Each case will be evaluated individually.

    What is our Claims Policy?

    Tampered Packaging: If you receive a package tampered, broken, or if you notice plain or white tape covering the tampered area, do not accept the package. Immediately file a complaint by contacting us at +919815216786 or mail us on orikasales@parasspices.com

    • What if the product is received in a damaged condition?

    We keep a close quality check. If you think that your package is tampered or the order arrived in a bad condition, immediately inform the Orika support team. Do not accept the package in damaged condition. Always open the package while recording an unboxing video. This helps us verify the claim. Without the unboxing video with clear label identification your claim may not be processed.

    In case you have received the damaged product, click a picture of the product and apply for return within 24 hours of receiving it.

    What is our Refund Policy?

    We at Orika spices take pride in doing our best for our customers. However, if one is not satisfied with the taste or quality of our product and wants to claim a refund, we provide you with a 100% refund guarantee. In such a case the return has to be initiated in 24 hours of order received. The returned item should be considerably unused.

    Please note that the shipping charges are not refundable.

    What is our Cancellation Policy?

    Orika spices allows its customer to cancel its order within 3 hours after their order is confirmed. However in case the order is still not processed or shipped Orika Spices still allows the customer to cancel the order as credits which can be used for further purchases anytime in future. But once the shipment has been processed there shall be no cancellation.

    Please note that ,Orika spices shall not be liable for any delay /non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization, manufactures/shops, vendor, flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond control of Orika spices. 

    Unboxing Video Requirement Policy

    To ensure quick and valid claim processing, we strongly advise all customers to record an unboxing video when opening their package. This video serves as proof in case of any missing, damaged, or defective items.

    Claims will not be accepted or entertained without a clear and unaltered unboxing video. Ensure that the video captures the full process from start to finish, clearly showing the condition of the package upon delivery.
