How To Use It
Boil potatoes, carrots, and green peas separately and keep aside. Sauté cumin seeds, onions, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste in oil until golden brown. Add tomato, capsicum, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt, and cook for five minutes.
Add the boiled vegetables and cook further for five minutes. Pour in 200 ml water and add three tablespoons of Orika Pav Bhaji Masala. Mash the mixture thoroughly and cook on a medium flame with the pan covered for three to four minutes before serving.
